Many of our clients either have no experience with agentic software development yet, or are in an unstructured trial phase, where architects and developers work individually with AI but no established development processes have emerged. For organizations with more advanced knowledge, we help increase quality and safety. Together we set up tools and processes so that architecture rules, principles or guidelines are consistently followed by coding agents.
What is the concrete outcome of working together?
Our goal is that, by the end, you have established professional development processes for agentic development and can continue to evolve them independently as needed. Developers and architects can work with the AI tools efficiently and effectively. Software created by agents meets your usual quality requirements. In doing so, agents follow your architectural or organizational rules, principles and guidelines.
Can we start small?
Yes, that’s even advisable. We offer lightweight formats to assess the potential of Agentic Engineering in your specific context. That can be a multi-day workshop in which first experiences and setups for agentic development are gathered and put in place. It’s also possible to create concrete guardrails or to provide concrete knowledge for your coding agents.
How do we introduce coding agents like Claude Code to our team?
Introducing coding agents like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor to a team rarely succeeds by simply switching the tools on. We help you prepare architecture knowledge and coding standards so the agents actually follow them, establish shared prompt and skill libraries together with you, and set up review processes for AI-generated code. That way, individual experiments turn into a sustainable way of working shared across the whole team.
