From day one, we build a real app with the coding agent as a pair-programming partner.
From the very first sprint, participants develop a real application together with a coding agent.
In three sprints with daily theory blocks and group reflections at the end of each day, we work our way through the field. The next day’s theory is shaped together by the previous day’s experience. This creates genuine understanding of how agents behave in your own code.
The result is a shared foundation across the team. Everyone has had the same experience and now speaks the same language. AI-assisted development no longer depends on the commitment of individual team members.
Schedule
Daily Morning Block
Short theory input on prompting strategies and agent workflows, based on the previous day’s experience
Sprint Work (3 sprints over 2 days)
Hands-on system development with the coding agent to solve real problems
Retrospectives & Experience Sharing
After each sprint, we reflect together. What worked? What did the agent get wrong? What will I change for the next sprint?
Daily Checkout (20 min.)
In the end-of-day group reflection, we share insights and formulate questions for the next day.
Realistic Agent Assessment
Where are the actual capabilities and limits of coding agents in my professional context, based on first-hand experience
Organizational Next Steps
Concrete starting points for integrating Agentic Engineering into your own everyday work and organization

Your Benefit
Participants leave the bootcamp with:
- Hands-on experience building systems with coding agents on their own, real code - A realistic, first-hand assessment of agent capabilities and limits - A first genuine understanding of agent behavior in their own code and context - Concrete starting points for organizational AI integration in their own team
Target Audience
The bootcamp is aimed at:
- Software developers with little or no productive AI/Agentic Engineering experience - Software architects looking for a hands-on introduction to agentic development - Project leads, Product Owners and Scrum Masters who want to understand what coding agents can deliver in everyday development Prerequisite: basic programming knowledge. No prior AI experience required.
Follow-Up Formats
The bootcamp is designed as a starting point. Building on it, we’re happy to continue supporting teams as part of Agentic Engineering.
