AGILA

Developing software systems and architectures following agile principles - iSAQB Module AGILA (3 days)

All Seminars

Software Architecture - but Agile

Architectures increasingly emerge in self-determined teams, and technical and conceptual responsibility is spread more broadly in modern organizations. Architecture concepts must dynamically adapt to circumstances, and technology change should happen steadily and in small steps - evolutionarily. New skills are therefore required of developers and architects - covering technical as well as methodical and communicative aspects. Experience in this seminar how agile principles and ideas can be transferred to architecture work, and how architecture practices can be sensibly and efficiently anchored in agile processes.

Your Benefit

This seminar has a very practical character and makes methods, practical techniques and helpful perspectives tangible. Overall, the picture emerges of an architecture discipline oriented towards influences from Lean, that embeds well into agile projects, fosters goal-orientation, and prizes pragmatism.

Target Audience

This workshop is primarily aimed at developers and architects who want to anchor effective architecture work in agile teams and larger initiatives. Technical project leads and Product Owners will also find valuable ideas. Practical experience in designing and developing systems, as well as an agile context in your own environment, are an advantage.

iSAQB Accredited

In our seminar, we implement the learning goals of the iSAQB curriculum AGILA in a modern, hands-on and interactive way. On your way to becoming a Certified Professional for Software Architecture (CPSA) Advanced, you receive 20 methodological and 10 communicative Credit Points.
